Landscape Technician – Full-Time
(Benefits start day one). Location: 8235 Neal Rd, Arrington, TN 37014. Pay rate: $18.91/hr. Benefits

As a Landscape Technician, you will support daily construction and maintenance operations by efficiently completing assigned tasks. You play a vital role in delivering high‑quality landscaping services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties
Complete lawn and plant care tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching. Complete assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and in accordance with company production rates and requirements. Operate all landscaping equipment in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards. Use basic tools safely and properly (shovels, grading rakes, spades, grub hoes, wheelbarrows). Follow all project plans, material lists, and guidelines. Ensure installation of all lawns, plants, and masonry aligns with company standards. Maintain a clean and safe work site, including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment. Work in a safe manner and report any unsafe conditions to the Crew Leader or Maintenance/Construction team. Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Minimum 1 year of landscape industry experience preferred, not required. Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to perform all aspects of landscape tasks in a safe manner. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Working Conditions
Outdoor conditions. Extended work hours during peak seasons. Requires substantial physical activity performing strenuous tasks. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions (extreme heat/cold), loud noise, allergens, dust, pollen, insects, and other natural hazards. Continuous exposure to moving mechanical parts and sharp objects.
