We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The Mill Turn Machinist performs all set‑up and operational functions of CNC Mill Turn machines required to fabricate medical instruments and implants.
Shift:
2nd, Monday - Thursday (4:30pm - 3:00am OR 7:30pm - 6:00am)
15% shift premium for ALL 2nd shift hours worked!
What You’ll Do:
Operate, set‑up and maintain CNC mill turn machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check‑sheets and instructions.
Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators etc.
Burr removal on all parts where required.
Make machine adjustments, tool changes, etc. as required.
Interface with Visual Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of CNC turning lathe machines.
Self‑starter and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
