About the Role

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC supports the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP) by staffing qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Registered Nurses, Certified Victim Advocates, and Program Assistants at U.S. Air Force Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) across the country. The AF FAP, a Department of Defense (DoD) funded program, prevents and responds to intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior involving children and youth. Position Title

Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) Job Type

Full‑time Responsibilities

Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegations meet criteria for maltreatment. Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment. Act as the primary provider of treatment services for assigned maltreatment and prevention cases, coordinating services, monitoring client participation, and tracking progress using social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho‑educational interventions. Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards. Assess for safety and continuously assist families with safety planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of the services provided. Education and Experience / Qualifications

Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school. Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with a current, unrestricted state license. At least two years of full‑time post‑master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence. Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co‑leader. Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Must possess Basic Life Support Certification (Course C). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Technical Skills

Computer‑proficient to work autonomously using Microsoft Office and must possess data entry skills for clinical records. Proficiency with the Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network software for documenting client visits and treatment in compliance with AF FAP standards. Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and handling of objects. Occasional standing, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work Environment

Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Travel may be required, primarily local during the business day, with occasional out‑of‑area and overnight travel. Most travel consists of one‑night stays; less frequent periods of 2‑3 weeks may be expected. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time, general hours 0730–1630, Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays). The Government facility/installation may be closed due to emergencies or administrative closings. Work Authorization / Security Clearance
