Job Details We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist for a 12‑week temporary assignment. This role combines in‑office and virtual front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient check‑ins (virtual and in‑office) and verify demographics/insurance

Answer and route phone calls professionally; handle messages and urgent requests

Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars

Process medical records requests and ensure compliance with privacy regulations

Prepare specialty letters (referrals, authorizations, provider correspondence)

Scan and index documents into EMR systems accurately

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical front office or similar administrative role

Familiarity with EMR systems and document scanning workflows

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi‑task and maintain confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi‑line phone systems
