Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Get matched with students who fit your teaching style and expertise. Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. Handle billing: invoice for tutoring sessions and receive payments processed by Varsity Tutors. What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in IB Business & Management SL with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
