The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the "face of the bank" by providing a superior customer experience to our bank customers in Western's day‑to‑day business. The role is responsible for delivering a positive and impactful impression through an exceptional, accurate, and efficient customer experience, and for providing customers solution‑based business development and referrals within the bank in accordance with our vision, core values, and team guidelines.
Responsibilities
Handle customer transactions in person, via phone, email, or online with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Refer customers to other departments by recognizing opportunities to cross‑sell and matching customer needs with corresponding solutions.
Perform standard and miscellaneous CSR tasks, such as daily balance draws, completing required compliance trainings, ordering supplies, and assisting with internal projects.
Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
