Overview
The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Responsibilities
Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. Inspect public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution. Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition. Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs. Qualifications
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Availability for on-call hours, including weekends. High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Compensation
