Ancora Memory Support is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Support Care Assistant (RCA) to provide exceptional care to our residents through a person-centered approach. Our mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy, and we strive to meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Join our growing team! Position Summary: In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living activities, medication reminders, and support their social and spiritual needs while promoting dignity, independence, and privacy.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and provide medication reminders.
Monitor and report residents' physical and cognitive changes as applicable.
Facilitate and support leisure activities, including escorting residents to various programs.
Help with dining services and general housekeeping tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Adhere to all policies and procedures diligently.
Position Requirements: Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated compassion and empathy toward residents and colleagues.

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus - $0.50 per hour for every hour worked in that month.
Weekend Shift Differential - additional $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
