Warehouse Associate
Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay $16/hr (pay increase once direct employee)

Job Description As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role during the transition phase, moving contents to the Jacksonville warehouse. Initially, your tasks will involve unloading multiple trucks daily, checking packages, receiving inventory, and stocking shelves. Post-transition, responsibilities will include similar duties. The warehouse supports the Department of Aviation and all commercial airlines, requiring the receipt and shipment of parts for the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
Unload incoming inventory from trucks.
Counting and packaging parts.
Stock inventory into shelf locations.
Pick inventory for shipment to customers or repair vendors.
Perform inventory cycle counts.
Research and locate missing parts.
Use RF scanners for inventory management and data entry.
Engage in shipping and receiving tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in picking, packing, production, inventory control, and warehouse distribution (3+ months).
Proficiency with RF scanners (3+ months).
Basic computer skills including data entry, document scanning, and email usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with shipping, receiving, and manual pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
Familiarity with WMS systems.

Work Environment Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm in a large, non-climate-controlled warehouse. Expect to be on your feet for the majority of the day. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
