Customer Service Associate (CSA)

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused individual to work in our store.
You’ll greet and serve customers, prepare food items, handle cash, and keep the store clean and stocked.
What you’ll do
Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.
Ensure our stores are well‑stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep the store clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00–$18.75, commensurate with position, experience, and location.
Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
