Summary
The
Shipping & Receiving Clerk
will manage the flow of parts and supplies in and out of the dealership, ensuring accuracy, organization, and clear communication with internal teams. This role is key to keeping the service and parts departments running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Process outgoing shipments using proper procedures and labeling
Maintain accurate records in inventory systems
Communicate shipment status and updates to team members and managers
Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe
Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or missing items
Handle service rental car program as directed
Assist with department paperwork and internal correspondence
Support positive relationships between dealership, customers, and vendors
Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report incidents
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
Familiarity with dealership or parts department systems
Additional Information Compensation (Hourly)
$16.00 - 18.00 / hour
Schedule
FULL TIME
Sundays Always Off
Saturday Availability Required
