Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm and overtime after shift and/or Saturdays depending on business needs. Location:

Job Summary Lucchese Boots are the highest quality cowboy boots in the industry. Facilities Maintenance is responsible for ensuring facilities are well maintained and operational. In addition, this position will be aligned with Lucchese values, consistent policy administration and a safe work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

Inspects and maintains the interior and exterior of the buildings keeping them in great working condition.

Performs general building maintenance such as changing light bulbs, doors, locks, bathrooms, lunch rooms and more.

Regularly checks the building for repairs and repairs as needed.

Installs equipment and appliances.

Performs general building maintenance functions, such as painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Diagnoses problems and makes repairs or works with appropriate contractors and other repair personnel to resolve issues that arise with the facilities, or machinery.

Maintains effective communication with internal and external project participants.

Performs general labor, such as carrying, stacking, and sorting of materials used in and around the building (debris removal).

Assembles and disassembles furniture.

Repairs machines, equipment, or structures using hand tools such as hammers, drills, levels, wrenches, measuring tape and more.

Always maintains working area clean and organized.

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

Training:

Open to learn and perform cross training in different areas.

Communicating:

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing and maintain confidentiality.

Leadership:

Ability to lead by example and obtain support from co‑workers and work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

Mechanically inclined along with problem‑solving skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications

Experience:

One year of relevant work experience required.
