We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for Domino’s Pizza in Arkansas, United States. The role focuses on shift management, employee leadership, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shifts. Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Operate cash register and collect payments from customers. Produce products consistently within Domino’S Pizza guidelines. Deliver products by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously. Maintain a clean and organized work environment from customer viewpoint. Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Domino’S Pizza Grooming Standards. Greet customers and take orders with a smile. Qualifications
Experience leading a team and managing a staff of 3 to 15 people during shifts. Positive attitude and ability to motivate employees. Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Access to a reliable insured vehicle. Great role model and leader; punctual and positive attitude with customers and co‑workers. Minimum age 18 years old.
