Location: 14620 Parthenia St., Panorama City, CA 91402, United States.
Starting Rate: $17.87 per hour.
We are looking for a dedicated checker to join our front‑end team and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain outstanding customer service according to company standards.
Process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Perform cash register operations and safeguard company assets.
Ability to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
Work in a typical fast‑paced grocery store environment; lift, stand, walk, kneel and handle visual and auditory tasks.
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Preferred
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
