Client and Operations Supervisor
Kado Gallery / Visual Management, a proud member of Mark Anderson Companies, Inc., is seeking a driven Client and Operations Supervisor to lead sales growth while overseeing day-to-day site operations. This role focuses on expanding the client base, strengthening community and business partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to balance business development with operational leadership.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and strengthening market presence through strategic outreach, community engagement, and trade show participation as needed.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional customer service, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring promotional, branding, and design needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
Provide professional front‑of‑house support to walk‑in customers and phone inquiries, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
Lead, coach, and support on‑site staff by fostering a positive, collaborative work environment; promoting professional development; and ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day office and production operations, including apparel, promotional products, and custom art framing, to ensure efficiency, organization, and on‑time delivery; provide hands‑on production or office support as needed to maintain workflow continuity.
Collaborate with the on‑site Graphic Designer to execute branding and promotional projects.
Prepare accurate and timely quotes for new products, services, or projects.
Perform administrative support and general accounting tasks as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by completing all necessary cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and team success.
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
Ability to compile information and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, attention to detail, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge of print production is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of supervision and management experience.
Experience in retail sales environments, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
Demonstrated success in driving sales.
High computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, word processing, email, and associated software.
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and principles, a plus.
ASi promotional and apparel experience, a plus.
Solid understanding of safe work practices.
Ability to travel locally and to trade shows up to 15% of the year.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, squat, and stretch for a prolonged period of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull at times.
