Job Title
1st Shift Warehouse Laborer
Shift 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Job Summary Warehouse Laborer is responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including, but not limited to, general cleaning of warehouse facility, assisting in manually stacking, re‑stacking, or sorting of palleted goods, loading and unloading trucks, manually unloading container shipments for storage in warehouse facilities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Operate various motorized lift equipment to perform routine tasks including, but not limited to, product movement, stock handling, and assisting in loading & unloading shipments as needed.
Perform routine warehouse duties.
Assist in putting raw materials and finished goods in the correct zones after receiving.
May float between job tasks from filling, loading, labeling, and sanitation in a variety of zones based on the needs of the business.
Cleaning & sanitization along with zone/warehouse cleaning & maintenance as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly disposing of waste materials, sweeping floors, and removing the trash daily.
Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Follows all policies and procedures set by All Seasonings Ingredients.
Perform other duties as requested by their supervisor.
The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
Physically able to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience, Education, And Training
High school diploma/GED required.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
To see, talk, and hear.
Use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type.
Walk, sit, stand, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Exposed to strong aromas of spice, allergens, and particulates in the air.
