Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Effectively and actively listen to each customer’s situation Critically think and employ problem‑solving skills Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, social media, etc. Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions Job Requirements:
Minimum two years of administrative/customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills ‑oriented with strong data entry skills Positive attitude Team player who can work independently Service Titan experience is a plus, but not required Being able to multitask Hours:
35+ hours with occasional weekends. Benefits:
