Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust.
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Assist in advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs.
Ensure quality control and compliance with Meineke’s standards and safety protocols.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed.
Stay current with industry trends through ongoing training.
Requirements:
2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent technical training.
Strong understanding of brake systems, suspension, steering, and basic electrical diagnostics.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures accurately.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
