Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in water mitigation (demolition, drying), environmental services (mold remediation, asbestos abatement, COVID-19 spraying, etc.), and contents manipulation and cleaning (packing, moving, inventory, and cleaning).
Skills in textile and upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and furniture repair are also valued.
Assist in warehouse inventory and organization when necessary.
Job Qualifications (Required Skills)
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following documentation procedures.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a frequent basis.
Licenses/Certifications – Preferred, Not Required
IICRC: ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Paid time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
Seven (7) paid holidays per year.
Employer contribution to medical insurance.
Participation in 401(k) plan with employer matching after 3 months of employment.
