Description SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this role is to intake calls, communicate with clients, and evaluate prospective new clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive calls, emails, and walk-ins from prospective clients and gather information to become familiar with their cases for determination.
Utilize software to schedule new client appointments and prepare necessary new client paperwork.
Coordinate sign-ups and locations with investigators for client appointments being held outside the firm.
Communicate proactively with all team members, investigators, and clients through the intake process.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
No prior experience or training; Previous legal experience preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
