Why This Role Is Important Must have extensive VIP & Executive level support experience and be able to respond to customer questions regarding operations and issues politely and precisely. Provide day‑to‑day white‑glove process and technical support for Senior Executives for all IT issues experienced locally or through remote assistance tools. Maintain executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and follow through with assignments. Personal accountability and responsibility are essential.
Responsibilities
Support CEC members with all technical issues.
Manage, maintain, and support inventory of Executive devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of Senior Executives and Executive Assistant access and devices.
Image and update end‑user computers.
Testing and validation of new updates, patches, and deployments.
Support meetings, events, and Board functions.
Walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
5–10+ years in VIP Support and supporting technologies.
Advanced Windows desktop support, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange & Office365.
Video conferencing expertise (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
MDM support experience, preferably Intune.
Active Directory & Azure.
Project management.
Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes.
AppleOS & Android device support.
Familiarity supporting Macintosh laptops/desktops a plus.
Familiarity with networking; Cisco certifications or work experience a plus.
Printer support.
Certifications

Nice to Have
Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Experience in Microsoft Office products.
Fluent in Spanish.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $75,000.00 – $127,500.00 USD.
