Aon is looking for a Customer Service Specialist
This will be a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dallas, TX office (expected work from Dallas at least once a quarter).
What the day will look like
Handle inbound and some outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers. Call types vary from client to client so flexibility and the ability to multi‑task is required.
Document all calls, changes, and any problems that may arise in our databases. Follow up with clients on needed resolutions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Prior call center experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work afternoons, weekends, and evenings
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
Copier/Fax machine experience
Telephone systems experience
Highly motivated
Customer Service experience
Team oriented
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Experience in healthcare with provider networks and physician offices – preferred
Bilingual Spanish and English – preferred
Education
High School Diploma or GED required

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $30,000 to $31,200 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
