We’re looking for a
Customer Service Representative
to join a mission-driven healthcare team supporting patients during critical moments in their care journey.
This is a
remote role
with a
once-a-month in-office collaboration day
to connect as a team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide professional support via phone and email
Coordinate patient placement and treatment options with hospitals and internal teams
Deliver exceptional, compassionate customer service
Maintain accurate data while ensuring confidentiality
Support emergency placement needs when required
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or contact center experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
A patient‑first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
