What You’ll Do As a

Guest Service Advisor , you’re the face of Lube X-press. You’ll lead our

Best-in-Class Service , making sure every guest receives a fast, friendly, and honest experience while keeping their vehicle running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests and guiding them through their service visit with professionalism

Using our POS system to provide accurate recommendations based on the vehicle’s make, model, and mileage

Accurately finalizing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction

Overseeing and supporting the execution of oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges, ensuring quality and efficiency

Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe

Requirements What You Bring

A valid driver’s license

A positive attitude and team‑first mindset willingness to grow

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment

English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
