Job Description As a key customer contact for our branch, you will provide order support and product information to customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Use computer systems to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel Requirements Local travel; less than 10% of the role.
Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Proficiency in good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength is necessary. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range $20.00 – $40.00 per hour. The exact base salary within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
