Position Details
Role:
Bilingual French Reservation Agent
Work setting:
Permanent work from home; pick up equipment at office
Equipment:
All equipment provided by client; high speed internet required; client gives $50/month toward internet
Pay:
$19.55 per hour; can earn $200-400 extra per month for hitting goals
Shift:
Must be able to work any shift between 6:00am-6:00pm Sun‑Sat (will work 5 days); set schedule will be received
Job Type & Location:
Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ

Job Functions
Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
Handle calls in both French and English
Assist with booking new reservation or updating a prior request
Handle all general questions or inquiries
