Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K The Extrusion Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move materials, maintaining production flow, work-in-process, and finished goods in support of extrusion operations. JOB DUTIES:

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in an extrusion manufacturing environment Transport raw materials, dies, pallets, scrap, and finished products to and from extrusion lines and designated storage areas Load and unload materials from racks, staging areas, and trailers Supply production lines with required materials to meet production schedules Remove finished goods and scrap from production areas in a timely manner Perform required pre-shift forklift inspections and report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions Accurately complete material movement documentation, scanning, or inventory transactions Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with 5S or similar workplace organization practices Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and warehouse personnel Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Ability to read and understand work instructions, labels, and safety documentation Basic math and record-keeping skills Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Frequently will push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs. Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Frequently must be able to work in moderate noise, up to 83 decibels. Exposure to noise environment requires hearing protection. Must be able and willing to work in non-temperature-controlled environment, exposed to weather conditions. MENTAL DEMANDS:
