We are hiring CDL A OTR drivers for a 1099 Position.

Highboost Corporation is a superior provider of transportation and logistics services. We are a midsize (100 truck) family‑owned OTR trucking company that has been in business for 12 years.

What We Offer To Our Drivers:

Up to .75 CPM

Sign‑on Bonus

CPM is based on experience and MVR/PSP driving record

Newer Freightliner Cascadia 2022-2024 (Automatic, Fridge, Power Inverter, Microwave, APU unit, heat/cool)

Newer 53’ Dry Van Trailers 2022-2024

Direct Deposit every Friday 8AM

1099

No touch freight

Safety Bonuses $150.00 - $250.00

No Bronx, No Brooklyn, No Manhattan

Riders Allowed (21 years and older)

Pets Allowed

Extra Stop $50.00

Detention $25.00 per hour, after 2 hours at shipper/receiver

Layover $100.00 per day

REFERRAL BONUS $1,000

What We Require:

At Least 24 Months OTR Experience (Recent)

Must be at least 23 years of age to apply

Clean MVR, PSP records for the past 3 years

2 Weeks Out Minimum (3 Weeks for FL)

NO SAP

Must be able to pass a drug test! Zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy

NO DUI
