Job Description
Title : Assistant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
What we are looking for :
Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during a shift, with a positive attitude and strong motivation.
A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; a safe, responsible driver with a reliable, insured vehicle.
A great role model and leader; punctual and good attitude with customers and co-workers.
Minimum age 18 years old.
