Miami Valley Hospital South Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of buildings and MEP systems. Work includes preventative maintenance, repair and working with contractors. Completes all work order and PM work orders to meet JC (JCAHO) requirements and other regulatory agencies. Must be available and respond to any building/system emergency shut downs or repairs. Complies with policies and procedures and all customer satisfaction standards. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and code requirements for the building, equipment and systems. Qualifications
Education High School completion / GED Area of study or major HVAC, construction, drywall repair, painting, building maintenance or electrical systems Preferred educational qualifications Associate degree or formal certificate Additional Requirements

Certified in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or boilers preferred Experience

Familiar with hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, HVAC tools and plumbing tools Must be able to read and use instruction manuals, blueprints, use computers and other specialized tools and equipment. Ability to work with multiple interruptions and still concentrate, paying close attention to details at all times. Seniority level
