Positions We’re Hiring For RV Technicians – $30–$40/hour flat rate Work on motorized and towable RVs. Diagnose & repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing and water systems, appliances and interior components, slide‑outs, leveling systems, and accessories.
Qualifications:
Professionals from automotive, diesel, marine, HVAC, or related backgrounds; welcome training in RV‑specific systems.
Parts Advisors – $17–$20/hour
Responsibilities:
Source and order RV parts and accessories, support technicians, manage inventory and vendor relationships, assist customers.
Qualifications:
Experience in dealership, automotive, or parts counter roles.
Service Advisors – $60 k–$80 k
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist RV customers, create and manage repair orders and service schedules, communicate with technicians and parts teams, deliver excellent customer service, ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Preferred Experience:
Automotive, RV, or dealership service advising; strong customer service background encouraged.
