Responsibilities
Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image and set a positive shop atmosphere.
Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members.
Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system and ensure accurate and timely client information.
Optimize appointments with reservation system and communicate timely to team.
Maintain highest degree of ethics handling client payments and stylist commissions; balance cash drawer at opening, close, and shift changes.
Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
Assist with shop cleanliness and proactively support stylists to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
1+ years in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
Previous experience with point‑of‑sale systems strongly preferred.
Experience preferred with salon/spa; not required.
High school diploma required.
