Responsibilities

Retrofit and installation of commercial HVAC equipment including RTU, split systems and chiller systems. Installation and/or repair of defective equipment components to include duct, electrical wiring and equipment start up Field fabrication of duct, as needed, depending on project requirements Complete required electronic reports and documentation daily on a handheld tablet Operate company vehicle to complete mechanical equipment upgrade and retrofit projects within a specified territory Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned Must Haves

3 or more years of experience with commercial HVAC equipment retrofit and installation projects within the commercial, institutional, and industrial settings Following all safety procedures Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills. Complies and promotes company Safety Policy Must be able to work independently with and without supervision. Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostics Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials Ability to pass a drug test Nice to Haves

Journeyman license preferred but not required Experience with high and low voltage wiring of commercial HVAC equipment preferred EPA Universal Certification preferred but not required OSHA 10 Hour preferred Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter.
