POSITION SUMMARY This position is ideal for a detail oriented individual, capable of multi-tasking with strong computer skills. It's a great opportunity to work for our ski resort and share the Steamboat Dream. As the Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be fulfilling products sold in our reservations department including lift and ski school tickets, packaging and mailing to our guests. This position requires you to be able to adjust to change quickly, be a strong team player and open-minded.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Modify guest reservations; add products, make changes, and cancel products in existing reservations
Fulfill products and services booked by Steamboat Central Reservations, including, but not limited to: lift tickets, rental equipment, ski school reservations, other promotional products
Handle basic accounting functions, such as payments to reservations/products and batching
Audit and modify lift ticket orders in Inntopia or RTP. Produce and analyze reports for printing lift tickets, adjust any discrepancies, and identify attempts at credit card fraud
Track, reconcile and report total number of promotional product giveaways
Ensure resolve on all reservation changes and comments coming through the Shared email inbox from Sales Agents and Sales Supervisors and monitor the Error Resolution Email box.
Monitor EZWaiver site, sell all needed waivers through EZWaiver RTP for all guests with signed waivers then print & mail coaster and/or lesson tickets when needed.
Answer fulfillment questions regarding ticketing, confirmations and reservations from clients, sales agents, vendors and supervisors.
Handle order processing for all Wholesale, International, and 3rd party lodging tickets which includes making changes, billing/invoicing, and fulfillment of all products.
Create and deliver all complimentary orders at executive's request.
Assist as needed with merchant pass program billing and voucher creation.
Perform daily, weekly, and annual revenue reporting
Managing collection of all items on the RTP Aging Report
National and Direct Group bulk fulfillment and billing
Handle all aspects of mail, shipping and receiving for Steamboat Central Reservations
Quality control representative for reservations, products, packages, guest information
Facilitate product interfacing between multiple software systems to ensure accurate product fulfillment
Responsible for providing Service Excellence to guests, coworkers and all other departments at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Computer experience (including Outlook, Word, and Excel programs) preferred
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required
At least one year of guest service experience required
Working knowledge of Inntopia and RTP reservation systems preferred
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and possess strong time management/customer service skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
Multi-task between multiple computer systems.
Communicate procedures, concepts, and ideas in a professional manner
2 years of previous work history/education required
Communicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and written
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standards
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Resort hourly pay range: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be minimum 18 years of age
Must sit and operate a computer for extended periods of time in a fast-paced and often hectic or noisy environment; must adapt to working with interruptions in work process
Lift approximately 30 lbs.
