Responsibilities
Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance for all clinical appointments
Enter information into dental software in patient accounts
Ensure and review entire patient account for complete and accurate information
Collect all monies due for services rendered
Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred
