Position Details Position: Order Filler Picker Shift: 3rd shift Pay: $18.65 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential
Core Responsibilities Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer – cross‑trained across inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, receiving. Prepare product for safe shipment and verify accuracy using a computer, shipping label and/or packing list.
Required Skills and Experience 1 year of experience in Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer – cross‑trained across multiple departments. Experience preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy using a computer, shipping label and/or packing list. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desired. Examples: JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP. Ability to stand for extended periods; standing up to 90% of the shift. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Role Purpose Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand‑held computer. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.
Key Accountabilities Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Accurately count product inventory by location. Transport orders to shipping locations using non‑powered material handling equipment. Assist in physical inventories. Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred. 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred.
