What We're Looking For:
Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparently
Is passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer service
Demonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needs
Excels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solving
Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Is driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia's core values
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Advise customers on their vehicle service needs with expertise and clarity
Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain meticulous records and follow established processes
Contribute to the dealership's growth through exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisor
Communication skills communicates effectively with others
Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferred
Time management managing one's own time and time of others
Typing ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders
Basic computer & cost calculation skills
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
