POSITION: Industrial Maintenance and Safety Instructor (WED)

CAMPUS: Sapulpa Campus

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Develop and conduct programs to train employees or customers of industrial, commercial, or government organizations in general manufacturing concepts and local, state, and/or federal safety and health related issues

RESPONSIBLE TO: Industrial Coordinator – Sapulpa Campus

SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulation, with particular emphasis in Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, procedures, interpretation and application. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Applicant should have a strong background in the application of hydraulics and pneumatics, electrical motor controls, PLC’s and automation. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility.

EDUCATION: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Personal Computer competencies required. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

STARTING DATE: March 2, 2026

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contract – Certified / Exempt
