Position Overview Production Operator IV – Brush Prairie, Washington, USA (Full‑time). The role involves safely handling and filling pure and mixed gases into high‑pressure and liquid cylinders in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Pay: $26.50 per hour plus performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Operate forklift, material handling equipment, and pallet jack as required.

Inspect cylinders prior to filling according to government, Airgas, and distributor standards.

Conduct safety checks (odor tests, caps and valves) per procedures.

Analyze products for purity and correct mixtures.

Handle high‑pressure gas and liquid cylinders; prepare high‑pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling; attach to manifold and evacuate cylinders to eliminate contaminants.

Fill cylinders by pressure and weight per regulations and standards.

Assist with loading and unloading cylinders on and off pallets and tractor trailers.

Manage paperwork to DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards; complete quality control sheets as required.

Understand hazards of various gases; read and interpret cylinder labels and color‑coding; accurately label cylinders.

Comply with all government and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials and cylinder gases.

Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly plant appearance.

Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance (essential function).

Act with care, adapt to the environment, and engage in the Be Act Engage framework of employee performance.

Perform any reasonable work request within qualifications, even if not specifically described.

Requirements Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience : Must operate forklift safely and maintain appropriate certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) :

Work effectively with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.

Operate in a drug‑free workplace.

Wear required personal protective equipment.

Understand and apply safety procedures for hazardous materials.
