Position Summary Responsible for daily epoxy flooring installation. Completing full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing, adjustments, and customizing using provided equipment while maintaining a white‑glove customer service experience 100 % of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
Provide quality installation services by following established training processes.
Provide excellent customer service while on the job site.
Follow job‑site safety rules, PPE, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Solve onsite challenges through measuring, adjusting, and customizing products.
Operate a company‑provisioned vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor between 7 am–5 pm.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year(s) experience in epoxy flooring and/or residential remodeling, construction preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Team‑oriented, fast‑paced, “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements Additional hours may be required. Exempt positions.
Physical Requirements
Field office, manufacturing, or construction environment.
Follow OSHA regulations, including respirator usage as needed.
Work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
Heavy work – exert up to 100 lb occasionally, up to 50 lb frequently, up to 20 lb constantly to move objects.
