Shipping Worker - Nights

We are looking for a Shipping/Warehouse Team Member to join our team as a Shipping Worker during the night shift. The position starts at $22.63/hour + $1.50 shift differential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the auto scale and manual scaling at the re‑weigh station.
Use handheld scanner to inventory and palletize product.
Stack and load boxes weighing 45–50 pounds onto pallets by product code.
Assist with re‑work: repair or identify cases for return.
Rotate stock as required.
Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
Perform daily sanitation to keep area clean.
Monitor X‑ray process and make necessary adjustments.
Report shipping problems or concerns to supervisor immediately.
Monitor partial cases for inclusion in the process.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and cooperation.
Participate in process improvement and problem‑solving using continuous improvement methodologies.
Recognize and act on safety incidents and risks; consistently practice and enforce safe work habits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Communicate effectively with co‑workers and leadership.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Obtain and hold a valid forklift license.
Work in a cold environment.
Push/pull up to 100 pounds.
Learn new procedures such as barcode and handheld scanner usage.
Basic computer skills.
