Position Summary As a Class A CDL Driver/Delivery, you will work closely with our Mechanical team to effectively execute the duties associated with operating a site truck with a low‑boy trailer/bus hauling construction material and personnel back and forth to each job site in a safe manner.
Job Duties
Must be willing to load and unload construction equipment and other materials (such as piping, equipment, etc.) in an efficient and safe manner
Inspect material load for accuracy and ensure it meets D.O.T. standards
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations
Responsible for driving a bus back and forth from contractor parking, transporting personnel to the job site
Ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections
Perform daily maintenance of truck such as refueling and cleaning
Transport employees from contractor parking lot back and forth to the job site
Require mathematical and English language skills
Require a clean driving record and current Class A CDL license
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
Strong oral and written communication skills
Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude
Ability to perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
Ability to communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
Must be proactive, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and reliable
Must have the ability to multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
