Pay and Benefits
Starting salary of $21 per hour, depending on experience

Monday – Friday, every week
6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Rotating Saturdays
Commuting to our material recycling facility Transfer Station in N. Chesterfield, VA
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicle equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Over 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Successfully complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.
