Job Description
Responsible for scheduling engineering design activities, deliverables, and resources to maintain the engineering work management program.
Works closely with engineering superintendents and supervisors to identify dependencies and requirements to start and complete projects on schedule; coordinates activities between plant groups.
Monitors engineering projects and activities to ensure milestone and delivery commitments are met; provides engineering management with reports on resource allocations.
Utilizes several work‑management databases to complete the function.
Understands the Engineering Change workflow processes to anticipate and prevent missed milestones.
Education Requirement
2‑Year degree required; 4‑Year degree preferred.
