As a Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our owners and residents feel welcomed and well‑managed. Our mission is to provide residents with seamless service and exceptional living experiences. We’re seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to help bring that mission to life through daily interactions and property support. We’re looking for a self‑motivated, disciplined team member who takes ownership of their work, eagerly learns new skills, and actively develops their knowledge to grow within the company for the greater good of others.
Responsibilities
Resident Interaction & Support – Serve as a point of contact for residents, both in‑person, via phone, and via email. Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests. Provide guidance to residents regarding lease terms, policies, and community rules. Coordinate resolutions to resident issues, escalating when necessary to management.
Leasing & Application Processing – Assist prospective residents with rental inquiries. Process rental applications, including screening, documentation, and approvals. Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs, including documentation, keys, and orientation.
Property Visits & Inspections – Conduct site visits to both occupied and vacant units. Must have reliable vehicle and be current on registration and insurance. Document property conditions and report maintenance or safety issues.
Administrative & Record‑Keeping – Maintain accurate records, application files, and correspondence. Aid in tracking lease expirations, performing lease renewals, and resident communications.
Qualifications
Real Estate License is a PLUS.
Rental/ Property Management background preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft programs.
In office – no remote work.
Compensation $20 - $23 hourly
