Job Title: Hospitality Service Assistant I
Reports to: Hospitality Service Supervisor
Classification: Full-time
Pay Rate: $21.07/HR
Work Schedule: Evenings and weekends 2pm - 10pm or 4pm to 12am.
Work Location: On-site/Bainbridge Island Campus

Responsibilities:
Assist with event setupsand breakdownsincluding lifting and moving furniture
Event cleaning, routine cleaning,and occasional deep cleaning projects
Scheduled turnovers and cleaning of classrooms, dining room, and other buildings
Cleaning, mopping, window cleaning, waste removal, recycling separation,
Communicateinventory and equipment statustotheHospitalityServicesManager
Campussecurity andnightlylock-upofbuildings; evening emergency assistance
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of6 monthsexperience ofprofessional janitor workin thehospitality industry
Be able to understand and follow safety guidelines
Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, twist, turn, kneel, stoop, climb ladders and stairs
Able to use hand tools and push, lift and carry up to 70 pounds
Washington State driver’s license and ability to obtain any licenses required for system or vehicle operation
