Maintenance Technician – Marquis Health Consulting Services
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Terraces at Westminster.
Job Overview Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 11 AM‑7 PM. Pay $20‑$22 per hour.
Qualifications
3 years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer).
Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems.
Flexibility with schedule – availability for day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts is preferred.
