Hours: 10a- 6:30p. Looking for at least 2 years of experience. The candidate should be proficient in painting, patching, etc.

The Maintenance Assistant maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner - maintaining a wonderful home for your residents to live. High School diploma or equivalent Experience preferred but not required, on-the-job training provided. At least 18 (eighteen) years of age and a valid Maine driver’s license.
