Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions for HVAC system installation and repair
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
Qualifications
5-10 Years minimum Experience In Service (Commercial or Industrial)
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues with HVAC systems
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills
Experience with commercial systems, industrial a plus
Mechanical aptitude for field service work
Ability to perform equipment repairs and maintenance
Knowledge of appliance repair techniques is beneficial
