Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate submission of clean claims and serve in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
Resolve complex issues by coordinating actions with team members, Patient Accounts staff, and payers.
Document account activity and ensure compliance with departmental productivity and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience (3 years)
Experience: 3 years in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
Expertise in Insurance Follow-Up is highly preferred
Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance verification portals
Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance policies
